Guidelines for Participation in the Annual Art Festival

Entries are limited to 4 pieces per person at no charge for Members of TCA and 3 pieces per person at $5 per piece for Non-members (adults only).

TCA reserves the right to refuse submissions or request removal of artwork deemed inappropriate for display. Please address any questions to Mavis Willegal 978-640-4971 or cristy@willegal.net

All entries must be framed and/or properly finished.

You must provide your own table easel and/or suitable backdrop.

Artwork that has been previously awarded a ribbon in the Tewksbury Community of Artists' Annual Art Festival will not be accepted.

Please provide a small card with your name, title of artwork, and contact information, if it's for sale. This card will be on your artwork after the judging. You can display your business card or literature AFTER the judging has taken place.

Artwork must be dropped off on Friday, between 3:30-5:00pm. There is a $10 charge for any artwork dropped off before 3:30pm. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5:00pm.
There will be no admittance between 5:30-7:30pm. Doors will be locked during this time.

Artwork must remain in place for the entire show. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Judging begins at 5:30pm on Friday with awarding of ribbons to immediately follow. Show opens to artists and their guests at 7:30pm.
No admittance before 7:30pm.
- Popular Vote begins at 7:30pm on Friday and concludes at 1pm on Saturday with awarding of ribbons at 1:30 p.m. The Public is invited to vote for their one favorite piece in the following categories: one adult, one from grades K- 4, one from grades 5 - 8, one from grades 9 - 12.

Deadline
to submit application is October 5, 2012- No entries will be accepted
after this date!
Neither
the Tewksbury Community of Artists nor The Tewksbury School Department can
be held responsible for damage or theft of any pieces on display. However,
the building will be locked on Friday evening. Someone will monitor the room at all times on Saturday.
Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in loss of membership.
If you are a member, please volunteer at least one hour of your time on Friday, 2:20pm - 5:00pm and all day on Saturday for this very important show.
