Creative Art Sessions at the Green Room

Come to the Green Room to get away from it all and focus on your art. Join other artists with lots of room, a sink, restrooms, electrical outlets and light refreshments.

The set-up and take down dates are listed above and the time is between the hours of 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm.The theme of the artwork on display is noted next to the dates.

Entries limited to:
5 pieces per person for Members of TCA at no charge
3 pieces per person for Non-Members at $5 per piece

Guidelines for Monthly Library Exhibit:
Bring your biography. We have a notebook for visitors to the exhibit to read up on you.

Fill out the form to submit your artwork that you are showing at the library for me to keep on file.

Be sure all your work is framed, wired, and ready to hang.

Clean glass and dust off frames. Presentation is everything! Your work represents you, TCA and the library.

Make up business size cards to identify your painting with title, media, your contact information and price. If you have prints be sure they are identified as prints. Below is a sample of an ID card. All this information fits on a business card. Business card stock is available at Staples.



Any sales of artwork is between the artists and the buyer. The buyer will contact you through your ID card.

Realize that the TCA and the library are not responsible for any damages or lost of artwork. You are responsible to insure your art if you desire to do so.
